(খ) এই আসনটির উপকারিতা তালিকাভুক্ত করাে। ৩
উত্তর :
সুখাসনের উপকারিতা : উরুর মাংশপেশির শক্তি বৃদ্ধি করে। পাযে নমনীয়তা আনে ও সচল করে। পেরি টান ধরা থেকে পেশিকে রক্ষা করে। অনেকক্ষণ দাঁড়িয়ে থাকলে যাদের পায়ে ব্যাথা করে তারা এই আসনটি করলে অনেক আরাম বােধ করে থাকে।
২। (ক) ছবি দেখে সঠিক আসনের নামের পাশে ‘✔’ চিহ্ন দাও : ১

(খ) এই আসনটির উপকারিতা বর্ণনা করাে। ৩
উত্তর :
মুক্তাসনের উপকারিতা : পায়ের পেশির দুর্বলতা দূর করে। যারা বেশিক্ষন দাঁড়িয়ে থাকতে পারেনা তাদের পক্ষে এই আসনটি ভীষণ উপকারী। মেরুদন্ডসংলগ্ন পেশি মজবুত করে ও স্থিতিস্থাপকতা বজায় রাখে। গােরালি সন্ধির নমনীয়তা বজায় রাখে। গােড়ালির ব্যথা সারাতে সাহায্য করে l

(খ) এই আসনটির উপকারিতা তালিকাভুক্ত করাে। ৩
উত্তর :
গরুরাসনের উপকারিতা : হাত পায়ের মাংস পেশিকে শক্তিশালী করে। দাড়াবার ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করে, মনসংযােগ বাড়ায়। মনসংযােগ বাড়ানাের ক্ষেত্রে এই আসনটি অভ্যাস করে উপকার পাওয়া যায়।
৪। মুন্ডকাসনের অনুশীলনের পদ্ধতিটি বর্ণনা করাে। এবং ন্যূনতম ১০ দিন এই আসনটি অনুশীলনের পরে তােমার যদি কোনাে উপকার হয়ে থাকে তাহলে তা লেখাে। ৩
উত্তর :
মুন্ডকাসনের অনুশীলনের পদ্ধতিটি হল :
(১) প্রথমে বজ্রাসনে বসতে হবে। হাটু দুটো যতটা সম্ভব ফাক করতে হবে।
(২) গােড়ালি ও পায়ের পাতা দুটি ফাঁক করে পায়ের পাতার উপর বসতে হবে।
(৩) দুটো পায়ের বুড়াে আঙ্গুল পরস্পরকে স্পর্শ করতে হবে।
(৪) দুটো হাত দুটো হাঁটুর উপর রাখতে হবে। শিরদাঁড়া সােজা রাখতে হবে।
আমি ১০ দিনের বেশি এই আসনটি করে অনেক উপকৃত হয়েছি। আমার পায়ের পেশি ও হাঁটুতে কোন ব্যথা নেই। অনেক হাঁটাহাঁটি ও খেলাধুলা করলেও গােড়ালি ব্যথা হয় না। সকালে প্রতিক্রিয়াও ভালাে হয় ।
