This is to inform you that the rapid spread of deadly Corona virus ( COVID – 19 ) in our locality ( Englishbazar and adjuscent areas ) really demands your close attention . Social distancing should be an effective measure to stop the transmission of this virus as it is spread via respiratory droplets yet our place , having been inhabited by mostly people below poverty level who are unconscious about the deadly face of the virus , demands strict imposing of restrictions as precautionary measure . The social interaction in markets , temples and elsewhere is going to be highly fatal to us . The use of musk at random , keeping atleast 6ft of distance from others , carrying saniterzers and washing hands after a regular interval should be the right precautions to be imparted strictly on people right now . But most of the inhabitants are found without musks and safety measures with them . So the virus is taking its turn . It already pounced on 45 people in this area . Though the affect persons were advised to be self quarrantined , elsewhere their family members were seen loitering on roads .
Therefore , I on behalf of the people of this locality request you to impose strict restrictions on the inhabitants to stop the outbreak of this pandemic immediately.

I have the honour to inform you that I am a student of class XII of your school . I would like to draw your kind attention t arrange special classs after the Test Examination because most of the students of our outgoing batch cannot prepared well themselves for the final examination due to long and extended summer vacation . Some of the chapters on the present syllabus are not clear to us . So we need special help from our expert subject teachers to recover the crisis . Many students have come to our school from the backward area and they have no capacity to keep private tutors in all subjects . That is why , special classes on some specific subjects like English , Math and Geography are more important to prepare properly in the coming H. S. Examination .
I am hopeful that you would consider my prayer favourably and would make arrangement of special classes as early as possible .

On behalf of the residents of Jhikra , Haringhata , I would like to draw your kind attention to the great hardship of villagers who are in want of sufficient water . Last few years the villagers are suffering from scarcity of water specially during the summer . During the hot days of summer , the problem becomes so acute that people often fight for water . The scarcity of drinking water causes much suffering to the common people of this area . The practice which is responsible for this type of crisis is the indiscriminate use of shallow tubewells in the agricultural fields in and around the village . As a result of this the underground water – level gets deplete causing the ponds and tubewells to run dry .
In these circumstances , I earnestly request you to take necessary measure in this regard .
